What was supposed to be a fun day on the Kings River turned into a fight for survival for one of our station’s reporters.

YourCentralValley’s Juanita Adame was white water rafting above Pine Flat on Saturday with her fiancé and her cousin’s family. It was a trip planned two months in advance that ended just a few minutes after boarding. 

“It was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever had in my life,” Reporter Juanita Adame said.
