The Board of Governors is the governing body of the regional Chapter.
The Officers: President, Vice Presidents, Secretary, Treasure, and the Past President.
Are elected by the Board of Governors. The National Trustees are also elected by the Board of Governors.
Governors are elected by the Professional and Life members of the Chapter. Half of the Board is elected each year to serve a two-year term. Governors can serve two full terms before taking a sabbatical of at least one year.
The Board meets monthly (normally the second Saturday, from 10am to 12pm virtually via Zoom. Meetings are open to all members.
